To participate in the campaign:
⚓ Find the Cool Cat catamaran in Noblessner Harbor and make a post about it (picture or video)
⚓ Follow the 5sails page on Facebook and/or Instagram, upload a post and tag @5sails in it @5sails
⚓ Add #5sails to the post description
NB! We will also be raffling off an additional prize worth €150 on our @5sails Instagram page!
All you need to do is follow our IG page and tag a friend in the post who might be interested in the campaign.
It’s that simple!
Campaign period: 05.06-04.07.2021 We will select the winners on 05.07 and announce them on the 5sails website and on Facebook and Instagram social media channels.
Zurich is our own 5sails team, who will select the most outstanding and unique picture/video, who we will reward with a Samus fun ride! In addition to the main prize, we will draw an additional prize among all commenters participating in the campaign, which will take place on our Instagram.

CAMPAIGN RULES:
1. The 5sails Cool Cat Photo Hunt campaign (hereinafter referred to as the campaign) will take place on 5sails Facebook and Instagram social media channels between 05.06-04.07.2021.
2. The Organizer of the Campaign is 5sails OÜ, registry code 14005320, address: Punane tn 16, Tallinn, Harju County, 13619.
3. The Campaign is conducted by 5sails OÜ, registry code 14005320, address: Punane tn 16, Tallinn, Harju County, 13619.
4. The rules of the campaign are published on the website www.5sails.ee
5. A total of two prizes will be drawn, the first prize (hereinafter referred to as the Grand Prize) is a 2-hour pleasure trip/cruise on the Lagoon 400 “Cool Cat” catamaran from Mon-Thursday in Tallinn Bay for up to 10 people, including sparkling wine refreshments and a photo session worth €500. The second prize (hereinafter referred to as the Additional Prize) is a 45-minute photo session on the Lagoon 400 “Cool Cat” catamaran in the harbor worth €150.
6. To participate in the campaign, you must post a picture or video on Facebook or Instagram during the campaign period, tagging the 5sails account (@5Saiks) in the post and adding #5sails to the post description.
7. Only persons who have Liked the 5sails (@5sails) account on Facebook and/or Followed on Instagram and made a post from their account that meets the criteria set out in point 6 will participate in the grand prize draw.
8. Participants in the grand prize draw agree that 5sails will share the winners’ names and the content of the post on the 5sails website and social media channels and will contact the winner to arrange a time for the prize to be awarded.
9. All persons who have posted on Facebook and Instagram social media channels that meet the campaign conditions between 05.06-04.07.2021 will participate in the main prize draw. The prize draw will take place on 5 July 2021. The main prize will be selected by a jury of the 5sails team, who will select the most outstanding and original post as the winner. The additional prize will be drawn from the comments made under the [link] post on Instagram, through which one user who meets the conditions and has mentioned at least one person in the comments of the previously mentioned post will be randomly selected.
10. The winners’ details (first name and content of their post) will be published on the website 5sails.ee and 5sails social media channels no later than three working days after the draw date specified in point 9.
11. The Promoter will notify the winners of their win via the username they have set up on Facebook and Instagram social media channels by writing a private message directly to the winner on the same account.
12. 5sails will contact the winners and agree on a time for the prizes to be delivered.
13. Prizes are not exchangeable for other prizes.
14. If the winner has not been contacted before 31.
July 2021, the Organizer has the right not to award the prize.
15. Prizes will no longer be awarded after July 31, 2021.
16. Kampaania auhindu ei saa võita Läbiviija ja Korraldaja poolt kampaania teostusega otseselt seotud töötajad.
17. All disputes arising from the campaign will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. In the event of force majeure, the Organizer has the right to unilaterally terminate the campaign by announcing this via the 5sails website and social media channels.

All claims regarding the organization and/or conduct of the campaign must be sent in writing to the Campaign Organizer: 5sails OÜ, registry code 14005320, address: Punane tn 16, Tallinn, Harjumaa, 13619.
