We love sailing at sea, especially with our friends and great company!
At this point, we want to share this experience with everyone and are launching a great campaign where we are giving one lucky participant a cruise on a Cool Cat catamaran worth €500, along with a group of 10 friends!

Campaign rules:
1. The 5sails pleasure cruise prize campaign worth €500 (hereinafter referred to as the campaign) will take place on 5sails Facebook and Instagram social media channels between 02.07.2022 and 17.07.2022.
2. The organizer of the campaign is 5sails OÜ, registry code 14005320, address: Punane tn 16, Tallinn, Harjumaa, 13619.

4. The rules of the campaign are published on the website www.5sails.ee
5. A prize will be drawn, which includes a 1.5-hour pleasure trip/sea cruise on the Lagoon 400 Cool Cat catamaran on the Tallinn Bay from Monday to Thursday for up to 11 people, with sparkling wine refreshments and a photo-videographer on board, worth €500.
6. To participate in the campaign, during the campaign period, you must comment on the campaign post on 5sails Instagram or Facebook to answer the question “What special event definitely needs to be celebrated this summer and why?” and tag up to 10 friends who will be taken on the fun ride if you win, and follow the @5sails account on Facebook and/or Instagram.
7. Only persons who have Liked the 5sails (@5sails) account on Facebook and/or Followed on Instagram and completed the task from their account, which is set out in point no. 6, will participate in the prize draw.
8. Participants in the prize draw agree that 5sails will share the names of the winners and the content of the comment on the 5sails website and social media channels and will contact the winner to agree on a time for the prize to be awarded. They also agree that all images captured during the prize pleasure trip/sea cruise in point no. 5 of the catamaran will be published on 5sails social media channels and used as promotional materials.
9. All persons who have met the criteria during the period 02.07.2022-17.07.2022 and meet the conditions of the campaign on Facebook and Instagram social media channels will participate in the prize draw. The winner of the award will be selected on July 18, 2022. The award will be selected by a jury made up of the 5sails team, who will select the most outstanding, original and worth organizing event as the winner.
10. The winners’ details (first name and their comment) will be published on the website 5sails.ee and on 5sails social media channels no later than three working days after the draw date specified in point 9.
11. The Campaign Organizer will notify the winner of the prize by writing a private message directly to the user who made the comment on the Facebook and/or Instagram social media channel.
12. The 5sails team will contact the winner and a time for prize redemption will be agreed upon.
13. Prizes are not exchangeable for other prizes and can be used until 30.09.2022.
14. If the winner cannot be contacted before 31.07.2022, the Organizer has the right not to award the prize.
15. Prizes will no longer be awarded after 31.07.2022.
16. Employees of the Promoter and Organizer directly involved in the implementation of the campaign cannot win the campaign prize.
17. All disputes arising from the campaign will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. In the event of force majeure, the Organizer has the right to unilaterally terminate the campaign by announcing this via the 5sails website and social media channels.
18.
