Terms of Sale

The owner of the website 5sails.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Website) is 5sails Events OÜ (registration code 16261843), located in Tallinn, Estonia. Contact: info@5sails.ee, tel. +372 5346 8065.

1. General Provisions

These terms of sale apply to the payment for services via a payment link provided on the 5sails.ee website. The actual provision of services takes place outside the e-commerce platform and does not include the sale, delivery, or return of physical goods.

The terms are drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia and are adapted to situations where the client pays for the service through the Maksekeskus AS payment solution.

2. Ordering and Payment

The service is ordered by agreement between the client and 5sails Events OÜ. A unique payment link is sent to the client, allowing secure payment for the service.

Payment takes place outside the website, in a secure environment managed by Maksekeskus AS. Supported payment methods may include Estonian and international bank links, credit card payments, and other solutions supported by Maksekeskus.

5sails Events OÜ does not have access to the client’s bank account or card payment data.

The sales agreement enters into force when the payment amount has been received in the bank account of 5sails Events OÜ.

3. Booking and Cancellation Terms

• Weekend prices apply on public holidays and the day before.
• To confirm a booking, 100% prepayment is required.
• If cancelled up to 14 days in advance, 75% of the total cruise cost is refunded. The refund is processed within 5 business days.
• If cancelled with less than 14 days’ notice, no refund is given.
• In case of storm (wind over 12 m/s), 100% of the prepayment is refunded or a new date is agreed upon. The refund is processed within 5 business days.
• In the event of booking cancellation or changes (including due to storm), additional services ordered from partners (e.g. catering, accommodation, decorations, etc.) are not refundable.

4. Processing of Personal Data

The owner of the website is the controller of personal data. Personal data necessary for processing payments is forwarded to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

Data provided by the client is used only for purposes related to the provision of the service and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent, except in cases provided by law.

5. Dispute Resolution

If the client has any questions or complaints regarding the payment or service, please contact us via email at info@5sails.ee or by phone at +372 5346 8065.

Disputes will be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the client has the right to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee or the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform.
